Basic Requirements

  4. Ready for Biometric verification

Step 1: Download the Zindigi App

  • Go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store

  • Search for “Zindigi by JS Bank”

  • Download and install the app on your mobile phone

Step 2: Create Your Zindigi Account

  • Open the Zindigi App

  • Tap on Sign Up

  • Enter the required details such as CNIC and mobile number

  • Complete the basic registration

This will create a basic limited account.

Step 3: Upgrade to Ultra Account

To open a stock exchange account, you must upgrade your account:

  • Go to the account upgrade option inside the app

  • Complete biometric verification

  • Verify your identity using live face recognition

The upgrade process usually takes a few hours.

Step 4: Open Stock Exchange Account

Once your account is upgraded:

  • Open the Zindigi App

  • Find the Stock option on the main dashboard

  • Tap on it and start the stock account opening process

  • Fill in the required information and submit the form

That’s it! Your part is done.

Step 5: Wait for Account Approval

After submitting your request:

  • JS Bank will complete the remaining process i.e. CDC Account, approval of NCCP 

  • This usually takes 10 to 15 days

  • You will receive confirmation through SMS and email

Step 6: Start Investing

After receiving confirmation:

  • Transfer funds to your stock account

  • You can now buy and sell shares directly through the Zindigi App
